If it's the start of the week and you haven't got any pending challenges then post here to let other players know that you are available, someone else is sure to see this and could take you on for your match.
Post to compete once challenge is accepted by both parties, put the oppenent into your e.g. Gohan {battles} thread so it's a offical.
You do not have to use this, other alternatives are using MSN IM or PM within these forums but if you can add this to the batch it's more of a indirect way sorting out a match if you arn't too picky.
