it was early hours of monday morning, android 13 was desperately seeking training, and that's when he found master roshi.
'knock, knock' master roshi answered the door.
master roshi: "(yawn) what are you doing knockin on my door boi?"
#13: "shut up old man i need training"
roshi: "well your a nice child aren't you?!"
#13: "im sorry i need training, i seek power"
roshi: "ha, well you've come to the right place, what are you looking to learn then?"
#13: "anything that is easy to learn, and fast"
roshi: "ahhhh well we theres ki blast its an easy move, quick to learn and takes up little ki consumption"
#13: "ok, when can we start?"
roshi: "6am"

so master roshi and #13 get some sleep, "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKEEEEEEEEEE UPPPPP LAZY ASS!!"screamed roshi.

Master roshi and #13 get to training, hours and hours on end they train for. little sleep and lots of sweat is all thats needed to master this move. while training #13 manages to brake his wrist as he couldn't controll the ki blast, as it exploded in his hand.
